Pride Flash Day: July 27, 204
We're helping Queer Yukon ring in Pride Week in the City by holding our first-ever summer Flash Day Fundraiser!
Saturday, July 27th from 11:00-4:00.
How it works: YOU donate $120. WE say “thank you” with a tattoo! Want colour? (Yeah, you do!) Add $100.
Don’t want a tattoo but still want to donate? You can! There will be a draw for some great prizes for everyone who donates, whether they get a tattoo or not.
All proceeds from this event will be going to support Queer Yukon initiatives such as the gender gear program.
Choose from 3 sets of flash made specially for this day.
What to expect on the day:
- Line up outside the shop on 4th avenue. Doors open at 11:00 am sharp.
- Come in, pay your donation (cash only!), put down your name, pronouns, and phone number, and choose your design if you want a tattoo. Don’t forget to fill out a slip for the door prize draw!
- We will give you an idea of when your tattoo time will be so you can come back.
- There is a lounge area in the jam space out back. Feel free to hang out here to wait for your appointment.
We will:
- Call/text you 15 minutes before your appointment.
- Call/text you with any updates if that time changes.
Housekeeping/things to know:
- Our shop is 18+. No minors.
- 1 tattoo per person on flash days.
- Images are repeatable, so don’t worry something will be taken before you get your name down.
- Tattoos appear like the drawing (black line work/shading only).
Colour is $100 extra.
- We cannot make changes to the design. Minor adjustments to the size may be possible.
- 1 person in at a time during the tattoo appointment! This is critical, as the shop will be very busy.
- Help our hard-working volunteers keep things organized and moving. Avoid discussing future projects, booking appointments, picking up merch, etc.
- Privacy will be non-existent. Choose your placement with this in mind.
Thank you so much for supporting the good work of Queer Yukon! We can’t wait to see you on the 27th!

We moved!
Don’t worry, we’re easy to find. Our address hasn’t changed. Just come up the same steps, and our door is on the left.
Current health rules in place at our shop
(Updated August 18, 2022)
We are not currently requiring masks. However, we are a small space, and the nature of the work is intimate. We may ask that you wear a mask in certain situations. Note that the Yukon Government allows businesses to set their own rules in addition to Government mandates. We appreciate your understanding and invite you to email if you have any questions.
The following rules are in effect:
Do not arrive early for your appointment, or stay after.
Only the person getting tattooed may be at the appointment (no friends, family, etc. are allowed to sit with you). Couples/friends/sister tattoos, etc. must follow these rules; we will do our best to schedule you back to back.
We respectfully ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are showing any signs of sickness. We will do the same, and we will do our best to reschedule you in a timely manner.
