Kirsty Wells (she/her)
You know the Bikini Kill song Rebel Girl? I could just recite those lyrics instead of trying to describe Kirsty. “When she talks… I hear the revolution… I wanna be her best friend.” Talent, insane creativity, and iron-strong work ethic are some descriptors that come to mind. But Kirsty wouldn’t be part of the Molotov & Bricks family if she wasn’t first and foremost a rad human. Kirsty studied fine art at SOVA in Dawson City and spent 7 years apprenticing and working in Germany. Before coming back home to the Yukon she was a fixture at Hold Fast in Leipzig. Kirsty continues to work the convention circuit all over the world as she has for the last 10 years, and she has built a solid base of fans both in the Yukon and abroad. Follow her social media for upcoming spots Outside. Come to Kirsty for bold lines, traditional and neo-traditional artwork, unique flash and custom pieces made in collaboration with your ideas.
