Dan Bushnell (he/him)
People always ask Dan, “What is your specialty?” as if he could ever whittle himself down to just one style. Classically trained in animation from Vancouver Film School and with a fine arts background from Emily Carr Institute, Dan is really a Jack of all Trades. Before he started tattooing full time in 2010, he was a community public artist, designing large-scale civic art projects involving a variety of media including tile, paint, clay, metal, and wood, and turning communities’ ideas into public art. Whether you prefer realistic, cartoony, traditional or graphic, or an illustration straight from Dan’s weird brain, Dan can take up the challenge.
